Led by Jen Donovan with Mother Stacey and Father David, Healing the Divide is a 9-week journey into deeper listening, compassionate presence and building bridges across differences. In a world that often feels divided, this group creates a safe and curious space where we can slow down, ground ourselves, and practice being fully present with one another—even when we disagree. Each week, we'll learn simple yet powerful tools for honest sharing and deep listening amidst political conflicts and divisions.

Common Questions
Unlike quick-fix or one-size-fits-all approaches, this program addresses root causes with tailored protocols and comprehensive support, empowering your body’s natural healing abilities.
That depends. You may need to pause certain foods temporarily, but it's not about restriction, it’s about strategy. We focus on what supports your body best so you can reach your goals with clarity, not fear.
Many of our clients come to us after years of struggle. Our unique approach combines root-cause strategies with nervous system support and guidance from coaches who’ve been through it themselves.
We’ve found that complex cases often benefit most from simple, foundational shifts. Our approach helps you focus on the basics that actually create lasting change, even for tough, long-standing symptoms.
Everyone’s healing timeline is different, but most people begin to notice improvements within the first few months as they learn how to tune into their body and apply the tools consistently.
The program includes ongoing support and personalized adjustments. If you feel stuck, we help you reassess and realign your plan to keep moving toward long-term progress and stability.
No. While a diagnosis can provide helpful context, our programs focus on supporting core body systems and functions; things like digestion, detox, and nervous system regulation that benefit everyone. Many of our clients never received a formal diagnosis and still saw major transformation.
Great! Our work is complementary to medical care. We focus on building foundational resilience through lifestyle, nutrition, mindset, and nervous system work. Many clients share our materials with their providers and feel more empowered during appointments.
Not necessarily. While we may recommend targeted supplements in some cases, many people make big improvements with food, nervous system support, and lifestyle shifts alone. We always emphasize low-cost, sustainable steps first.
Yes. Healing doesn’t have to be expensive. In fact, many of the most powerful changes are free, like better sleep, mindset shifts, movement, and food-based healing. Our program is designed to help you prioritize the most effective strategies without overwhelm or unnecessary spending.
Nope. While many of our community members are women, our approach supports people of all genders. Anyone dealing with chronic symptoms, burnout, autoimmunity, or nervous system dysregulation can benefit.
Yes. In fact, those are the people we designed this for. Healing shouldn’t become another full-time job. We teach small, manageable shifts that integrate into real life and actually make life easier and more sustainable over time.
You're not alone and that sensitivity is often a sign of a taxed nervous system. That’s why we start slow, emphasize safety, and teach you how to listen to your body. There’s no pressure to “push through.” This is about healing in a way that feels safe, grounded, and empowering.
Chronic symptoms are often driven or worsened by a dysregulated nervous system. That’s why we include tools like brain retraining, vagus nerve stimulation, and somatic practices. When your system feels safe, everything else (digestion, energy, hormones) starts working better.
